1. General

Humans For Humans (Org. No. 924268298) safeguards your privacy. In this privacy statement, we explain how we process your personal data in connection with your visit to our website, or when you register an account or subscription through any of our websites. We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our business, on our websites or services, or due to applicable laws. The latest version of the privacy statement is always available on our website.

2. Processing and Rights

You may at any time withdraw consent or request access to your personal data. Only individuals with necessary work-related responsibilities will have access to details required to manage agreements and inquiries.

3. Who is Responsible for the Personal Data We Collect?

Humans For Humans is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We implement technical, legal, and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against manipulation, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access.

4. How Do We Collect Personal Data?

In order to provide you with our services, we may request your:

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Postal address

  • Name

We collect personal data through Vipps and through direct user input. This information is not shared with third parties and is used solely for the necessary purpose of administering, supporting, and fulfilling agreements between Humans For Humans and the customer.

5. Terms of Purchase

The seller is Humans For Humans (Org. No. 924268298), hello@humansfor.org, registered at Alnafetgata 1b, 0192 Oslo, hereinafter referred to as the “seller.”
The buyer is the consumer who places the order, hereinafter referred to as the “buyer.”

6. Subscription and Membership

Your membership provides access to Humans For Humans facilities and services, effective from the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions have no binding period and can be canceled at any time by contacting Humans For Humans at hello@humansfor.org or by canceling under “Managed Subscription” in Vipps.

  • Once charged, you will have access for the full month, regardless of when in the month you cancel.

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact hello@humansfor.org for a refund if you are not satisfied.

  • If you are unable to cancel the subscription yourself, you may contact us at hello@humansfor.org for immediate cancellation.

7. Booking

When booking, you gain access to the location or activity at the time of booking. If cancellation occurs close to the booking time, the booking will not automatically be refunded.

  • Payment is processed when the booking is made, and is considered delivered once the visit begins.

  • Refunds or adjustments may be requested if you made a booking error, provided this is done in time before the scheduled visit.

8. Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet)

Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation. The Consumer Council can be reached at +47 23 400 500 or via www.forbrukerradet.no.
